All of our home cleaners are personally interviewed and pass a detailed background check. Only about 10% of those that apply get invited to join our maid cleaning teams here at Maid Service Direct.
If something goes wrong we are here to make it right. Please let us know right away and we’ll be there to take care of it. That’s our promise to you!
We have three levels of security in place. First, our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured, at Maid Service Direct, we take security very very seriously.
Yes they do. We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process. We only send the best people to handle your cleaning job.
If you’re not satisfied with the job done by our maids, we will come out and re-clean (within a 7-day window). If you still are not satisfied and would not recommend us to your friends and family, we will refund your money.
Pricing & Policies
You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to a past appointment that has already been completed.

Absolutely. Simply enter your coupon (gift card) code into the booking form as you are creating your booking. Your final price will automatically change to reflect your coupon balance. At any time you can log into your account and see the balance on any gift cards you have.
Our service area is constantly growing. If you think your area is not currently covered, please contact us to find out for sure. We will do everything we can to accommodate your cleaning request.
A credit card is necessary even in the case of a gift card in case the gift card does not cover the full price of the job requested. If there are no further charges required to complete your cleaning task, your card will not be charged.

Our service area currently is the Philadelphia and surrounding area. If you are unsure if we cover your area feel free to give us a call to verify. We are constantly growing and increasing the areas we serve.
Our standard cleaning is everything necessary to maintain a typical home. We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge or oven, and those can be selected on the booking page.
Yes, our cleaners will bring all cleaning supplies, products and equipment to do the job. You don’t have to supply a thing!
